People project their own lack of drive onto others. Arizona was 7-6 this past year. If the dumpster fire continues with coordinators under O, Les could end up with an 8-5 or 9-3 Arizona team while LSU is no better and potentially worse with his replacement. How ironic would that be.

Les' buyout won't last forever. He needs to get another job while his name is still relevant (not that he doesn't have enough money to retire).
