Well based on the last presser Chizik does not seem the least bit worried about the OC & DC search.

Jeff Lee is reporting that we are still in talks with Stoops, and have been on and off this entire time... Meanwhile, Phillip Marshall says we haven't even offered Stoops, and aren't in talks with him anymore. This is confusing.

Both are just guessing. Mark Murphy and Jason Caldwell of ITAT are the only reliable mods on any of our premium sites. Scout's recruiting rankings suck but for reliable information without speculation or sunshine pumping they are in a class of their own. There are a few wacko posters(IronTiger) that give the site a bad name but it is the best of the 3 premium sites imo.

Not that I'm aware of. Last thing I've seen either say about the matter is when they get something credible they will give an update but they aren't going to speculate.

I think I heard we offered 1.1-1.2 million, while FSU was stuck at 750k...
