Seems like it's going to be napier, Campbell, or kiffin.

Napier and aranda might be off the table.

Is Kiffin still a possibility?

I'd rather Napier over Campbell.

BOB would be horrific.

He would be universally hated from day one and he would have the biggest hill to climb to win over the fan base. Fans are already impatient, but with him it would be on another level.

Stoops would be somewhere between disappointing and meh.

I think they are giving him like a 7 or 8 mil extension but woodward could def pull him.

Don't think woodward wants him.

Why is Campbell considered better than Stoops here?

Campbell last 4 seasons at Iowa State:
7-6
9-3 (Covid season)
7-6
8-5

Stoops last 4 seasons at Kentucky:
9-3
5-6 (Covid season)
8-5
10-3

Doing that in the SEC (at a fricking basketball school) is a hell of a lot harder than doing it in the Big 12.

The dude is winning 8-10 games with Kentucky’s SEC leftovers. Not hard to imagine him winning 11-12+ with LSU’s talent

I actually think stoops is a good coach.

He has a bunch of players getting drafted.

He will need a good oc just like aranda.

I think Kiffin would be a game changing hire.

I think you are right, but if there’s any truth in the Dellinger article, SW & company need to change directions fast.

I’m not a huge Kiffin fan, but he can call plays and recruit. And the hire wouldn’t be perceived as a total disaster.

Right now we look like shite. I hope they have a solid plan B.
