Regardless of the Les situation I am sure we are all in agreement Crowton needs to go. So has there been any word on what will happen to him?

Probably not a priority at the moment.

Are you kidding?

Jefferson is just hitting his stride now that the playbook has been opened!

So we don't know if we have a coach but the Crowton situation should be remedied in the interim?

Should be first priority since Les is still under contact

I've seen this before against GaTech, then two years later we see it again. Why?

That would be great news, hopefully Gary takes it, he deserves another chance

That one game should not make up for the past two seasons offensively. Yes it was a good performance but doesn't mean a thing. Crowton needs to go

Latest rumor I heard:

Crowton is gone; Kragthorpe is hired.

Gonzales and Kragthorpe are going to be Co-OCs.

I think if Les leaves, Crowton would be a great HC at LSU.

But seriously, he needs to GTFO.

Well said.

I don't understand the confusion on this. The Miles situation has to resolve itself first.

I hope Miles does not use the Cotton Bowl offensive showing as a convenient excuse to keep Crowton. He should be judged on the entire season. Their very inconsistent play in SEC games, plus the team's low national ranking should be key factors as well in deciding if Crowton should be kept.

Miles keeps Crowton then their stay at LSU will be linked... another season of 90+ offensive rankings will push many fans over the edge

To me, there is no doubt that if any one other than Miles is the head coach, Crowton would be gone without any question.
