I’m assuming we will go the Co-OC route that we had for the bowl game

Grubb, Sloan, or co-OC's with Hankton and Sloan.

I'd say in order of likelihood

Co-OC's
Sloan
Grubb

It will be Sloan

Let’s bring in Skip Holtz as an analyst & we will be LA Tech 2.0

I think it will be (no sources):

Sloan - OC
Hankton - WR/PGC/Co-OC (OC in title just for a raise)
Frank - RB
Davis - OL

Then we use the extra coaching slot for a ST coach.

Last part is a dream.

I think it is Sloan and Sloan knows it is him. He will hire a good QB coach right away. They are all aware of the jobs forthcoming. Sloan has the number 1 QB, RB, WR, TE. LSU may have the best offense in the country. Wouldn’t that be special?

Why would it not be Jancek? That’s the job he was given last offseason before the staff changes

Jancek was not our Special Teams coach this year.

He can be an OC and a quarterbacks coach. Coordinators usually coach a position group as well.

No sources but my guess would be Co-OC's with Sloan having the play calling responsibilities. Hire a tight end coach

Grubb

Grubb's stock went down as the season went on.

Do you remember them talking about Washington's offense as if it were 19' LSU? They actually made those comparisons at one point early in the season.

Washington had a great year and Grubb did a great job, but the mystique of his genius died down week after week.

I'd rather take my chances with Sloan to be honest.

Joe Brady will be getting a huge pay raise to stay in Buffalo after taking over as OC in Week 11.

At the time, they were 5-5 & finished 6-1 to get to 11-6, won the AFC East and earned the #2 seed in AFC

After watching the Washington three yard passing schemes, I do not want Grubb.

It’s going to be me. I plan on introducing concepts from AFL (Aussie Rules, i.e. real football). Should be good.
