Any chance we are getting trolled by Sexton.

You have to admire Jimmy Sexton for the job he does getting his guys paid. I'm worried we are getting trolled by Sexton. Jimbo gets a hefty raise from FSU and LSU gets a huge set back in our coaching search.

This is my biggest fear and I wouldn't be surprised if jimbo was doing this to get back at Lsu for not giving him a interview when saban left to Miami in 2005. If joe alliva fired miles without a coach agreeing to be the next head coach he should be fired and now we will be the next tennessee.

While agents do this, they are also pretty cautious about screwing universities over for the future. Once universities realize an agent does this consistently, there's no trust and their bluffs mean nothing.

Sexton's job is to protect the best interests of his client, period. He "owes" nothing to LSU, FSU or any other school.
As far as trolling a fanbase, who gives a shite? This is a business. If Jimbo is LSU's top guy, then make your best offer, but be prepared to move to someone else. Putting all your eggs in one basket is how you get raked over the coals in negotiations.
