Looking at his research on articles defending Miles and various other subjects, there were legitimate holes in data analysis. Any discussion of that resulted in ad hominem and labeling of dissenters as heretics. Take the position as gospel and bulletproof or GTFO.
On Twitter at the half of a football game we were trailing after yet another lackluster offensive performance, he once Tweeted that, “The Players deserve this.”
At that point, it’s hard not to write him off. I follow the content but he’s in the bag for whomever the coach is no matter what. I can appreciate his work but he lacks all semblance of objectivity. Unless of course he’s criticizing anyone who tries to inject objectivity.
