This is what scares me. The candidates are going to see right through his bullshite. A Saban type would see it as an opportunity to run the show. I'm concerned that others will just say they don't want to work for that guy.

The process and wins will come spiel basically echoes exactly what Saban says. I don't have a problem with Alleva saying that.
