We won’t be able to evaluate it fully until the post-announcement dust settles, but it’s fair to say LSU hasn’t had this type of HFC search in a very long time. Whether that turns out to be good or bad remains to be seen.

I'm not getting my hopes really. It's exciting that it's even a possibility, but we've been down this road before with the "done deals." I won't believe anything until there's an announcement from LSU.

It’s possible that it’s not for sure. For all we know, it
could be Aranda and the extension is try to counter and keep him there. There’s a ton of speculation around Riley, but I’m not fully convinced. The point being, we really have no idea who is about to be hired but it does seem like we have whoever it is locked in.
