If stud and crowton are a package deal isn't this wilkersons job to decline? Is there a better option for lsu or am I blind. I would give stud a pass after the improvement this year.

I love the Badgers but I would lean towards someone other than Chryst. Against TCU in the Rose Bowl the Wisconsin offense looked like they had never seen a blitz.

This would not go well in the SEC.

Would love to see Lincoln Riley as the OC. Got to watch his offense this year at ECU. If you want to have an incredible passing game and a quarterback that will be the top passer in college football, Lincoln Riley should be hired.

why would we want the Wisconsin OC ?

75th in passing offense ????
just does not seem that good or creative to me....
he just had some big boys upfront and good runners.

I would love to look towards creativity...
ECU, Nevada, Boise State...I am just throwing names so as to imply "styles", not specifics

I would love to get Fuente or swoop in and get Chad Morris from Clemson even though he just got there

Stud deserves a pass. Although he should have straightened out the problems last year, the chemistry on the line this year was disrupted by blackwell's injury, giving other players opportunity/experience and next year they are going to be lights out. The players also apparently love stud? Whoever we get at OC, he must be a decent recruiter, hell anybody is better than crowton in that aspect

Did you happen to notice that Texas A&M's O-line was made up of 3 freshmen, 2 sophomores, and 1 senior? I would say they should have had more of an issue with "chemistry" than we did. It sure didn't look that way when those youngsters averaged 5.3 ypc Saturday night.

So for me, lack of chemistry doesn't earn Stud a pass. Shitcan him. Ridley should have been averaging that many per carry all season. He probably would have if we had the Aggies line coach.

Stud's infatuation with starting shitty smaller players who are his friends should earn him a pink slip.

I wouldn't... but others around here love him and he doesn't seem too unrealistic.

I actually wouldn't mind this hire, but I think the Fridge is probably done coaching.

I'd love to see Justin Fuente as the OC. They've got a similar system to the Air Raid Offense. I met some players from TCU recently and they told me there system is allot like the Air Raid. He seems to be an upcoming talented OC.

Just curious, why haven't I seen his name pop up much?

Chryst would mess his pants with Ware Ford and Blue at his disposal year one.

If Stud departs, I like Henson and what he brings; just not sure if he'd come back after not getting the OL gig back in '07.

I think this guy would be a decent choice...and he probably would come.

Although he may be the "OC" for the Saints we know he doesn't call the plays - Payton does. He'll probably jump at the chance to have his own offense and allow his resume to grow. He has tons of experience coaching QBs and his bio states "he has been a key figure in the planning and preparations of an offensive attack that has been ranked first in the NFL in yardage in three of the last four seasons, while leading the league in scoring for the past two campaigns."

Most of us are famailiar with the aggressive attack the Saints run out of multiple sets. with our skill players we can create personnel mismatches by playing multiple folks like the Saints do. Thoughts?
