Man these are some mediocre candidates. Why didn't Saban talk to Ralph Friedgen? Rumors are that he'll be named the Penn State OC. He spent nine seasons as OC of Georgia Tech and also spent some time coaching for The Citadel so it's not like he's unfamiliar with the south. He would do wonders with the talent on Alabama's offense.

rumor has it that urban was same way in recruiting..He would see who NS offered on the D side and then he would offer..That kept urban from having to do an evaluation of the Defensive guys..I think we will know soon enough but urban may be lazy. I dont see his option type O working. How did that type of O work in Mi. with RR

There is a lot of bad info in here. The contract is for 3 years. Also, Pease has met Boom in person twice. Once in Jax during the Gator Bowl and once in Gainesville. This has been done basically for two weeks.
