The actual person associated with the LLC which owns this plane is David Weinstein, a Morgan Stanley wealth management guy who lives in Baton Rouge but is originally from Opelousas.

This happens all the time. Most people with private aircraft charter them and loan them to their buddies to offset cost - I have no doubt Woodward has friends in high places
