Just finished Dopesick- a much more visceral look at the opioid crisis
Whereas “empire of pain” focused more on the sackler family and how OxyContin was approved and distributed
Both were solid reads in their each informative way
Now onto The Killing Season- by Robert Crowley
The author says in his intro is picks up where “the guns of August” ends and discusses 1914 warfare

Just finished Pirate Hunters. I came across it because I was looking at audio books by Ray Porter. Really liked it.
