I’m off until Thursday. No kids yet.
Anyone think I can finish Brothers Karamazov by next Sunday?!

I’ve listened to too much JBP to put the book of much longer!

Deep River by Karl Marlantes.

Great story teller. Not what I was expecting. It focuses on Finnish and Swedish life in early 1900s and immigration to the US.

For a variety of reasons, Russian oppression and rising communist tensions,a collective of family and friends all find themselves in Oregon trying to find their way in America.

If you haven't read Marlantes and like war books, do yourself a favor and read Matterhorn. One of my top 5 favorite books. It follows a Marine battalion through Vietnam. Incredible read.

My dad just randomly sent me the entire collection of James Bonds. I've never read any of them, so I guess they're are next. Although not really one of my interests. But, I'll keep an open mind

Re-read that a couple of weeks ago. I had forgotten how damn funny it was. Very hard for a book to make me lol, but it happened multiple times.

I've really been into self improvement books around my professional and/or personal life since we found out the wife is pregnant. New phase. Time to improve.

I'm neither a gamer nor a techie so I didn't think I'd like this book. But after seeing the movie I put it my TBR list and now finally getting around to it.
