This would be the absolute worst way this season can end. Leaving on a cliffhanger would be the equivalent to a swift kick in the balls. And then to have it be freaking Aaron, a character that I could not give 2 flips about, that gets Lucilled would be the equivalent of them basically rubbing my nose in a pile of crap after they just kicked me in the balls. I will be so pissed if this is at all accurate.

If they end on a cliffhanger and use the Lucille scene to kill off a secondary character I would be incredibly disappointed.

Right now everything is pointing towards a cliffhanger, but I can't buy into it. How could they even make a trailer for season 7 without showing Rick, Carl, Daryl, Glenn, Maggie, Aaron or Rosita? I'm leaning towards the theory that there were multiple versions of the final scene shot (this has been confirmed), and that a version with a cliffhanger is what was leaked. People are seeing different titles on their tv listings for the finale. It was originally reported as being titled "Last Day On Earth," and some still see that. Others are seeing the episode listed as "Something To Fear." It shows as "Last Day On Earth" for me, but unless a ton of people are Photoshopping screenshots of their cable guides, something fishy is definitely up with the episode.

Something To Fear should be the title. That was the title of the books that introduced Negan.

I'm right there with you, but I'm hesitant to say I will stop watching. If I made it through season 3 I can make it through a bad cliffhanger ending this season. They would have to do a lot to keep me watching through next season after that though.
