"Surely you're joking Mr. Feynman."
An autobiography of sorts. Richard Feynman was one of a kind.

To get you ready for the football season and as a lesson on how seriously the Governor should take LSU football, read the Pulitzer Prize winning biography of Huey Long by T. Harry Williams.

I would highly recommend
Bonhoeffer: Pastor, Martyr, Prophet, Spy by Eric Metaxas
John Adams by David McCullough
Eisenhower In War and Peace by Jean Edward Smith
Currently Reading
Titan: The Life of John D. Rockefeller, Sr. by Ron Chernow (really good so far)

The two recent Ben Franklin bios, Benjamin Franklin by Walter Isaacson or The First American by Brands, are both good. His early experiments with electricity are as fascinating as his role in the Revolution. That "invisible fire" had to seem a lot like sorcery in those days.

I'm just about finished with Edmund Morris's first book about Theodore Roosevelt, "The Rise of Theodore Roosevelt", and I must say, it is a fantastic read. Lengthy, but really gives you the full picture of who and what "Teddy" was as a man and leader.

This was a great read and an excellent choice.
I'll also throw this one out if you like politics.
