I won't repeat my post in the trailer thread, but I wouldn't assume Aegon won't be in the show from the trailer.
If he hasn't been cast, it could be he has and just very hush hush.

It feels like ages since I've read the books and I was reading all of the fAegon and V=BF. It got me thinking, did the books ever 100% confirm that Varys was cut? Is there a chance he has a full sack?

No, it's always assumed that Varys is a eunich, but no one ever confirms it. I think that will be one of Martin's big twists. Varys is rocking a pair the size of softballs.

There is a scene in the show where one of Littlefinger's whores grabs Varys between the legs and gasps because there's nothing there. So unless he is going with the ole tuck move I am fairly certain he is a eunich.
Varys also describes in one episode when he was "cut." I haven't read the books in a while so IDK if explicitly his castration is mentioned

It's in A Clash of Kings. Varys tells Tyrion how Cortnay Penrose died and tells him why he hates anything to do with magic.

So, I get the impression that instead of LSH seeking revenge and hanging Freys, Sansa will fulfill that same role.
Currently, she and Brienne are both in the Vale and the show has already attempted to make her more of a badass than she ever really was in the books.
Though it would be even sadder from Brienne's standpoint if she is hanged by the girl she was sent to rescue.

If Varys hates magic, then he couldn't support dany since dragons are considered magical creatures. There is a chance that varys is playing the audience.

Yeah I remember her riding down the lift or whatever with Robert but I think that's where the book cut off. They definitely aren't employing her for a season for that scene. I hope they don't do the Theon stuff where they just make up filler though.

Looks like a rather large change to the ruckus in the fighting pits after the marriage to me.
Also, I sure am glad they omitted Penny the fighting pig. That was painful and made me dislike Tyrion for a while.
