The number of POVs definitely needs to be pared down, just saying that they don't necessarily have to be killed off. And I forgot about Arys, so that's 4 non-pro/epilogue POVs that have been killed. I'll move the over/under to 4 POVs killed in TWOW, the same number as have been killed in the entire series to this point. Victarion and Jon Con are the only 2 that I believe to be locks. Areo is no longer needed, they can use Arianne for the Dorne POV, but Areo really isn't important enough to kill. Aeron may be needed early on to tell what Euron is doing, but I could see him dying later in the book, probably by pissing off Euron by either trying to kill him or with his piety. I don't see Theon being able to come back from being Reek. He gets the nod as my #4, probably dying in some heroic way to save Jon, Asha or Rickon to give him some bit of redemption.
The way that everyone is positioned, he may not need to add any new POVs. There are no POV characters in Winterfell at this point, but we may be done with seeing inside Bolton's camp. We have at least one character on every other front, I believe. Jon, Arya, Tyrion, Dany, Bran, Sansa, Sam and Davos should all be safe.

Seriously, it wouldn't surprise me at all for celebrities to be there for some of the matches. I've seen a few there for just regular matches.
