She had to. Her handwriting, Cersei's words.
I don't think you and I are talking about the same thing. I'm referring to her coming to Cersei and warning her about Ned trying to move her and Arya out of the city and basically getting all the Stark company left in the city killed and keeping them from easily making it back to Winterfell. It also led to Cersei having full knowledge of Ned's plans and sealing his fate.
That action plus lying about what happened between Arya, Joff, and Nymeria are what really made me dislike Sansa in AGOT, in addition to her vapid attitudes and generally boring chapters in that book.

They both thrive in their respected environments, and are not fitted for the other's.
And I think that's key going forward as well. Arya is learning to kill with her hands, Sansa's learning how to do it with politics.

Was Dany in any of yall's top 5 POV's through the first two books?
Posted on 5/22/14 at 9:23 am to ladytiger118
And I wonder if GRRM wrote the Dany chapters expecting us to like Dany or expecting us to start to kinda hate her?

I think Dany's character is the one that is hurt the most from GRRM deciding to not have the 5 year jump. He had to come up with stories to keep her POV interesting when all we are doing is waiting for her dragons to grow.
My top 5 POVs:
1. Jon Snow
2. Cercei
3. Arya
4. Bran
5. Theon/Sansa ( once she made it to the Eyrie)
eta: I forgot Tyrion somehow. He's got to be 5th. Have loved his chapters throughout the entire series

On a side note I think it's hilarious the Hodor's consider Cersei cool and calculating.

Cersei isn't cool and calculating...Littlefinger, Varys, and Doran are cool and calculating. Cersei is a psycho crazy bitch who is hot headed and impulsive.

If I recall from the TV series, wasn't it Cersei's idea to use Wildfire?

Pretty sure it was still Tyrion's idea. There was the scene where the pyromancer took him down to see it. The pyromancer was played by the guy that voices the audiobooks.

Cersei had commissioned the production of Wild Fire, then when Tyrion found out he doubled the efforts.

Yeah, but to throw it over the wall, which would have lit half the city on fire.

I just saw your post in the other thread, you don't think telling the non readers who Jon Snow's real parents are isn't spoiling anything?

(obviously the x + x = x theory).
I'm pretty sure I know what you're implying and am not sure it's necessarily spoiling anything for non-readers. It's more connecting dots than anything else.

That is definitely a 'spoiler IMO because Hodors don't even want theories.

Yeah, but to throw it over the wall, which would have lit half the city on fire.
