Wish it was snowing here. Nasty ice instead.

I was telling some people earlier when I walked inside:

I wish these white skinned blue eyed assholes would get out of my way and quit screaming. They act like they're the only Others around.

Which state are you in? Because it's not snowing here yet.

It's definitely been a colder than average winter. Wondering when the Others are going to come out .

I'd much rather snow or mild weather than this nasty ice. I hate not being able to do anything.

Oh we're pretty much stuck where we are. I almost recked twice coming home and I only live 5 minutes away from campus. We're being to told by authorities to just stay where ever we are. Good thing is anything I need is in walking distance.

Yeah, that seems like the logical point in the season to conclude Theon's arc.

I'm really curious to see what they do with Asha's story. Skip over the Kingsmoot completely? Do the Kingsmoot out of order--like when she finds out Balon died, does she head back to the Iron Islands and find Euron Crow's Eye hanging out?

It’s no shock they need to take material from ADWD for Theon, more than anyone else, since he disappears from the books for quite a while and they’ve already spent an entire season filling in the blanks of what happened in that time. It does bring up the question, though, will there be enough material for Theon for next year, if The Winds of Winter isn’t released?

Seriously? I think we'll see enough of Theon to let us know that he's still there and they will probably take us all the way to him betraying his men at Moat Cailin, but I don't see them getting as far as him making it to Winterfell and there's a TON of material for him there, enough for at least a full season. I still think they stretch it over seasons 4-6 by referencing him indirectly through Asha's arc this season and part of next, then get back into where he is truly relevant to the storyline (Winterfell, Jeyne/Fake Aria) to end season 5 and it will be a significant line for season 6.

Just realized that I had a brain cramp on an earlier post. I think that HBO / D&D will stretch this out because of MONEY, not Martin. The series is a huge hit and I don't believe that any of them would be against an extra season.

If it gets stretched out that much, people will stop watching it realizing its a bunch of watered down bullshite. If they want an extra season or two, Robert's Rebellion is always ready and available. I'd much rather have spoilers that everyone has figured out from there rather than the general plot of the next two novels.

Completely agree. Plus D&D admitted that S5 will be the most difficult season for them to write. I think they both know that 4 & 5 are slow books and that will turn off the Hodors if they try to stretch those books into more seasons. S4 is going to be some of each of the remaining books and S5 will finish up 4 & 5. I think they start TWoW material in S6 whether Martin has his shite written or not.

For those that are interested, someone is streaming season 3 on Justin TV right now. I don't have a link because I have the app for Justin TV but search Game of Thrones HD and it should pop up. Either that or go under entertainment channels and it should be on the first or second page.

ETA: found out how to get a link.
