Was it easy to sign up for the Indianapolis library card as a non-resident? I was able to add the Broward County Fl and Chicago public libraries to my Libby account along with the Charlotte one.

I suggest an amazing book called Shine Little Light by Prophet Jonathan Nettles on Amazon, Barnes and Nobles, Google Books, etc. It's a true story and very deep. You will laugh and cry!

I didn't know there was a book board until today. This is awesome. I will post what i've read so far this year. No goal really. Last year I wanted to read a book a month and read 34. I am pretty much exclusively nonfiction but I reserve the right to change my habits in the future based on any recommendations. I will take any recommendations on NF books or otherwise if you have them. I basically just look for something interesting after I'm done with one.

I set my sights high for 25 but early this year, I just got burned out of reading. I picked up my first book since February last week and finished one in a week. I might get to 10 complete books this year and that's just fine. I just started James Carr's James Reece series and it's been a slow start but starting to get good after 100 pages

All over the place this year. Mostly historical non fiction, caught up on the Alex cross series which are super quick easy reads, mixed in some rom com type books as I like to do to cleanse the palate after rough reads

Hoped to hit the century mark, but I picked too long of a book for my last of the year. I'm 655 pages into 831. It will move to next year's list.

Time for the 2025 challenge thread. Downloaded goodreads, this year will be the first time I set an actual goal. Normally just read as much as I can but maybe setting a goal will keep me from having lazy times.
