Seems like there could be some blowback on the former UA Vice President of Athletics Jeff Long for hiring Les Miles, who apparently got "hands on" with the female athletics employees at LSU
KU folks are pissed he either did no vetting of what was apparently a known issue, or ignored it and hired Les anyway.
What an ignominious end if he were fired for retaining a football coach with black marks on their file with respect to female athletics employees

Les could have strangled a canoe full of bunnies and puppies on vidoe tape and Jeff Long still would have hired him.
It's obvious that neither guy is going to survive this.
I just wonder if either of them get processed due to "integrity" clauses and Kansas doesn't pay either one of them a dime when they can them.

Petrino got fired for less. Mr. Integrity praised himself to a member of the CFP committee. Got fired here and will be fired at Kansas soon.

Of all the huge mistakes we've made since Frank stepped down, one of our redeeming decisions was shite canning Jeff Long.
Came to a surprise to a lot of people at the time but that was the good part of Arkansas processing someone that doesn't belong.

Should’ve been shitcanned for the move from Coke to Pepsi . Who in Arkansas even drinks that shite? If I go to a Razorback game, I expect a coke and some Yarnell’s (the OFFICIAL ice cream of the Arkansas Razorbacks!). I’d rather eat a urinal mint than drink a Pepsi.

Failing to properly vet a candidate is pretty much Long's MO. Wisconsin fans warned us, in detail, about Bert's many issues and they were right about every one of them. Even a half assed job of looking into Bert's background would have raised enough red flags to prevent him from being hired.
