I've seen a bunch of QBs drafted in the 1st round that were busts. They too could throw far in the rain. Still think he's a bust that doesn't have the snap decision making ability to be an NFL QB.

There is a pervasive belief that QBs from CA don’t play well crap weather. He took an opportunity to try to dispel that when he could have easily dodged the rain by simply throwing on schedule. He wasn’t “trying to be brave” Mr FauxOutrage
