that's the difference between nfl and college. college RBs follow a pulling guard to a wide open hole. NFL RBs see openings wherever they are and hit them.

Some people will tell you his vision was that bad in high school as well. The guy was just bigger, stronger, and faster than everybody else. When he got into college, his freak abilities mixed with his crazy good OL, aided by not calling holding AT ALL, EVER, put him as a heisman contender.

Vision! His vision is just terrible! He ran all over people in college because Alabama opened up huge holes so he could get down field in a hurry where he would chuke defensive backs with those slow, corny moves. Holes like that are few in the NFL. But I always said to myself he won't get away with those slow, chuking moves in the NFL where everyone is fast. He'll be tackled before he can attempt to make one of those slow moves. And now you can see it.

Dude sucks. I definitely thought he was overrated, but still a 1st round pick. So clear now that he's awful, but that elite talent around you at Bama always makes it difficult to truly see who is truly elite and who is just a good college player.

I always thought that about him. He was way overrated. Some people laughed when I said Ingram was better. That's not saying much, but if you get to Trent before he gets a past 2 yards then he was so easy to tackle.

I'm not saying he should not have seen the wide open whole to the left...but he was following a pulling guard. So he ran where the coaches told him to run. Sometimes, you have to disregard what the coaches told you and do what come natural.

Meh, #58 looks like he could have stopped him if he had gone left

To be fair, he was supposed to follow the pulling guard, which he did. That said the whole defense followed the pulling guard, so he should of cut back
