"Beckham (5-foot-11, 223 pounds) held a pro day workout earlier this month, which was attended by five NFL teams. As expected, he wowed during drills with a 4.47 40-yard dash, 6.89 three-cone drill, 4.28 short shuttle, 44-inch vertical, 11-foot broad jump and 36 reps of 225 pounds on the bench. Beckham wasn’t as impressive during the positional drills and is understandably raw in several areas." LINK /

When I see a guy who tried out for the NFL who can't squat and deadlift what I can, I laugh and feel bad at the same time. Then again, my fat arse isn't running a sub 8 second 40 much less a sub 5. And I certainly can't do a backflip.

How is he being an attention whore, dick?? Doing back flips while picking up that kind of weight is amazing to watch. Most people would just pass out after lifting the weights.

All that strength doesn't mean shite when you carelessly lift incorrectly and wind up seriously injuring yourself. The strongest athletes in the world know not to behave like jackasses when training.

Yep. I can squat, deadlift, bench and do a backflip but I don't do them in a dumbass sequence like he did. Granted I can't squat or bench that much but still. Do this shite in your 30s and 40s and 50s and lemme know when you're hitting the gym again after your emergency surgery of whatever you tore.

I think this is the guy I saw that challenged a bodybuilder to a contest of benching 225 as many times as possible. He did it 38 times and thr bodybuilder did it about 60 times. Neither did a full lockout but impressive nonetheless
