Hue Jackson Admits He Was Never Offered Money To Lose Games
© Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports
Earlier this week former Browns coach Hue Jackson claimed in cryptic tweets that he was offered money Cleveland ownership, ala Brian Flores in Miami, to loss games. Now he's claiming that wasn't the case...
quote:

“No, I was never offered money like Brian [Flores] had mentioned,” Jackson told CNN. “I think this is a totally different situation but has some similarities.”

Jackson added fuel to this fire, tweeting “Well, Jimmy Haslam [the Browns owner] was happy while we kept losing.”

Hugh's Lawyer "So we saw your tweet... do you have proof of any of this stuff you implied?" Hugh "No but seems like it was the thing to do at the time... you know...go after some rich..." Hugh's lawyer "I'm gonna stop you right there. Why don't you come down to the office and we can have a discussion about slander"

So on other words, I lied when I said “trust me it was a good number” in reference to what he got per loss. Man I can’t stand people who lie to throw dirt on people. Hope he never works again.

“I think this is a totally different situation but has some similarities.” If you weren’t offered money to lose then there are zero similarities Hue
