Hue Jackson Claims Browns Paid Him Money To Lose Games
© Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports
In his class action lawsuit against the league filed on Tuesday, Brian Flores alleged Dolphins owner Stephen Ross wanted to pay him $100,000 for each loss during the 2019 season. Last night, former head coach Hue Jackson raised similar accusations against the Cleveland Browns. He posted a 1-31-1 record with the Browns in 2016 and 2017 and a 3-36-1 mark overall...

Hello, I didn’t consult with an attorney prior to admitting to fraud.

This will get interesting. When it comes to gambling and people's money, games that are fixed is going to be a huge issue.

How is this possibly any different than Pete Rose? They banned Pete for life for the possibility of throwing games and these 2 guys are openly admitting they got paid to lose games lol

So they paid him to lose games, and he did. He took the job and the money. What’s the problem here?

I immediately thought this is bull, then realized who the Commissioner is and the “no pass interference call!” He turned the NFL into the WWE.

If coaches were paid to lose, is it a stretch to think that referees were incentivized to influence the outcome of games?

Pete Rose bet on his team to win and....banned/ostracized for life. These clowns took money to intentionally lose and they are being celebrated?

If they complied, should be punished like the others. Could have said "no" and reported it then.

Question… if they’re being paid to lose, why do they bother to look competitive????? Like if the Saints were being paid to lose, I would have put Brees on defense somewhere and told him don’t get hurt

If he took the offer, he should be banned from football for life.

Not the race card facts and this will be settled out of court. The race card is a myth placed in the minds of the weak who are gullible.

I’m sure white coaches were paid to lose. How is this part of his accusation racial?

I don't disagree that other coaches have done the same. However, this fool openly admits to fraud and should be banned for life!!
