Perhaps what Target is trying to sell here is that after Wisconsin kept the axe 14 years in a row, Minnesota finally got it in 2018 only to give it right back last season, so as a reminder, Target is officially labeling Minnesota as OWNED by Wisconsin, who will be changing Minnesota's mascot to match theirs.
