Kim Mulkey and LSU's Women's Basketball landed a commitment from power forward Meghan Yarnevich on Tuesday.

Yarnevich, a 6-foot-2 power forward from Ellicott City, Maryland (The Bullis School), signed with Georgia but recently de-committed from the Bulldogs earlier this month.

Last season we had 6-6 and 6-5 post players who epitomized finesse. The most physical players were 6-2 Smith and 6-1 Morrow respectfully. Now what I've seen of this young lady her game is purely physical with nice low post moves and a big body, now I have no idea how much she will contribute her freshman year, but with the strong need she should see some time. Now we have four post players 6-2 or taller and all are physical to some degree, so let's line up and take it to them.
