Stingley will be an All-Pro corner. Book it.

Believe the kid will be a top db in the NFL in a year or 2. It was no flunk his freshman year. He just lost interest the last 2 years. With him focused he will return to form.

Good luck to Sting. Can't take away his freshman year in spite of the 2 years that followed. At the time, we probably were all a little bitter that TM7 got booted and now he is beloved.

Wearing the 24 was something he should’ve never given up. The #7 got serious voodoo

Maybe recently but there are some legends and Super Bowl champions who wore that number still playing at a very high level in the NFL.

How does a guy change direction that fast and still remain square with the receiver? The guy was on a free release.

Cause he knew the route.

He needs to stay healthy.

obviously this was just a drill... in practice.

Looked like a drill where he knew the route better than the wr. Nice play but that happens in practices everyday.

Thats likely the reason they put “Easy Interception” in the title of the story.

For crying out loud! He cheated on a drill! He beat the guy out of the break...

Some people think oh he went to LSU so I have to believe every player from LSU is elite. It`s ok to not believe they all deserve to be the greatest. He had/has the talent. He was better as a hungry for football kid when he came to LSU. Didn`t see the same talent after the first season. When he gets burned in the opening weeks and just phantom slips or trips, pulls a hamstring there will be more excuses from "die hards" in here. The level of talent he will face day in and day out will show and prove. He`s still better and got more money than me, so he`s good.

Texans don’t have a quality qb. Every team will feast on them.

I think you are sorely underestimating Davis Mills... He was the best/2nd best rookie QB last year behind Mac Jones (debatable in areas). He's no Joe Burrow, but I'd bet he is better than half the QB's in the league after this year.

If his daddy will let him off the nipple the kid has the best ball skills I've seen in 20+ years

You said interceptions. Where is the other or others?

Unpopular opinion (especially now), but Ricks was better than Stingley.

Sorry not sorry.

If you just watch them play with no names, etc, Ricks played better.

Stingley will probably will have had one the best freshman CB seasons at LSU. If Ricks was better why didn't he get that NIL money. LOLOLOLOL.

Big deal....he will get “hurt” halfway through the season and spend the last 8 games on the sidelines....

So called “Fans” like U are really just the worst. Uve somehow convinced urself that Stingley faked an injury & then was able to trick the Docs into performing an unnecessary surgery, putting his lifelong dream of being drafted at the top of the 1st round in serious jeopardy. But he sure showed LSU didn't he? He successfully dodged having to practice & play several games!!!
