For those of you saying this is ESPN’s agenda, how exactly would an entity that relies pretty heavily on CFB benefit from pushing to cancel the season?
user avatar
CanebreakCajun50 months
Because it is owned by Disney. When is the last time you remember ESPN acted like they care about loss of viewers?

I agree that Booger is going to say whatever the ESPN overlords tell him to say. ESPN has proven it's to the left of Joseph Stalin.

Booger is a pussy. He has to say this. He works in media. What did you expect?

Booger has fallen under the Liberal sports media agenda. Now, he makes good points if the reasons for not putting people in the stands were true, or for kids not to attend classes, etc. but the people making those decisions or where the liberal school officials are getting their information are ALL WRONG. This Fauci idiot and the CDC and the WHO have all been wrong with their stupid calculations. This is a big bad flu for just a small percentage and it will kill some people, but 80-90% who actually have Covid does not even know and no symptoms- What in the heck are we doing? This is not the Ebola or Black Death/Blubonic Plague in the 1960's or the Plague of 1920 when 80% of people who were infected died within a week! Now, that is scary shite. Here with Covid, 80-90% who get it, they DONT EVEN KNOW NOR HAVE SYMPTOMS.

This is completely retarded. Im pretty sure more athletes have died by neighborhood violence or a random heart attack or stroke on the practice field than have by Covid. But lets all hide in our homes and chew our fingernails off in fear. Unreal.

So, there are deaths every singe football season with different reasons, stroke, enlarged heart, etc. Every single one now will be attributed to Covid this season and I don't like that or look forward to hearing the sports talking heads discuss that.

College athletes are among the most resilient when it comes to COVID. People need to get over this.

Still love Booger but he is uninformed. So he says "the kids", I will say the "so called experts" are WRONG. We can have fans in the stands and kids in the classrooms BUT, the experts who have been wrong and wrong again have clouded the water. When half the medical profession are withholding life saving drugs based on politics, things are FUKED UP! Now these 'kids playing football' are being used as a 'political football' #FUKED UP

We take risks everyday beginning when we take our first step out of our 'comfy bed' #WTF. CV-19 is less virulent for young adults than the common flu....END OF STORY #PLAY BALL

Sad to see...Boo Booger. You have fallen into the liberal propagandized mindset of the company you work for, the CNN of sports...

This comment section is hilarious. We loved him in 2019 when he was reppin’ his Alma mater every chance he could. Thought it was badass to see him cheering on the sideline at the superdome. Now he sucks because he said something we may not agree with. I’ll be happy to remember this next time we decide to like him again.

That's how some of the fake fans roll. If you support what they believe, then you're a hero favorite all-time tiger. If you don't share their views, then you're racist, dem/liberal like it's a slander, pussy, btch, and many other things they spew from a keyboard. Need to learn to respect people even when you disagree.

Whoa- pump the brakes. Many of us disagree with him on this issue- but that doesn't equate to banishing him forever. LOL

Easy decision for a rich and privileged guy and son. I guarantee you that the majority of less socioeconomically privileged young men are at greater risk in their home environments than in school/football. We will see this first-hand and it when we put the data together, it will be not only sad but catastrophic.

One of the best defensive linemen in school history, but because he sometimes says things on TV you don’t agree with his playing career means nothing. Sure.

Booger has become quite sanctimonious in the last year. Even aside from this. He’s getting harder to listen to.

Yeah he is quickly pulling into the lead with Clark as the most obnoxious former LSU Players for me. Its like he gives no shits how this can effect the LSU Athletics department if we don’t play. Like your word usage big dog.

No doubt but considering his profession & the Company he’s employed by I’d like to think he’s just doing what he believes his “Boss” (ESPN) wants him to!
