LSU star pass rusher Arden Key was showing off his quick feet in a workout video that he posted on Twitter Friday.

Key, who is rehabbing a recent shoulder surgery, started running again this week but will miss the beginning of fall camp, according to coach Ed Orgeron.

And for those wondering about the context of his tweet, it's simply lyrics from a 2pac song.

looks like he has put on about 20 pounds of weight. Let's hope he can maintain his quickness.

Your in better shape than a DE that just set LSU's sack record and is going to be a top 10 pick? I fuching hate people like you.

LOL at the people bitching that he put on weight. He had shoulder surgery!

I guess that's impressive, don't really have a baseline for that workout. Looks fun though. Is it at an apartment complex or something? Thanks for the context of the tweet, that would have been very immature otherwise.

Key looks a little heavy, nothing running sprints in July and August won't fix. Anthony looks cut.

He is heavier this year. I believe he added some muscle to help his bull rush technique. He's got plenty of speed to get around the end; we've all seen that! Trying to round out his game. Good to see. Should be a force to be reckoned with!

Damn I hope he doesn't sprain an ankle in the sand.

It's actually harder to sprain your ankle in sand than on grass nimrod

“As you run on an irregular, inconsistent surface like sand, the forces that go through the feet, ankles, knees and hips vary dramatically and can predispose an athlete to injury in any one of these body parts.” - says Michael Ciccotti, MD, chief of sports medicine at the Rothman Institute at Jefferson. I like how you morons just flat out make shite up and expect nobody to call you to the mat on it.

if he's good enough to do this he should be good enough to do non-contact drills with the team during the fall camp
