Mathieu deleted the tweet directed towards Polian but here's what it said, per 247Sports:

Man, is there anyone out there that doesn’t respect the hell outta him? Tm7 is a great representative of LSU and great leader for any team he plays for, and a great man. I’m happy he was here for however brief it was, I’ll always remember 2011 and what he meant to that team.

You listen to the Bengals talk about how far ahead he is, how they have to hold him back... If anybody can come out of this virus mess and find success as a rookie QB in the NFL, it is going to be Joe Burrow. Polian keeps claiming he played club football for NYU in the 1960's. Must have been flag football for his frat. NYU dropped football in 1952.

Bill Polian is only the best GM in the history of the NFL. I would put Bill Belichick above him, but I don't think that is fair because Belichick gets to also coach the players that he aquires. Bill Polian only acquired the talent,he had to rely on others to coach them. However who else has been to 4 straight SuperBowls,nobody. Go look at his record as a GM his teams won/loss records. He (In college) would be equivalent to a Nick Saban recruiting wise. His comments about Joe Burrow isn't necessarily negative,or a knock on Joe's abilities.

Not saying I agree on his assessment of Joe Burrow, but here is my two cents. 1. It is the Bengals he's playing for. 2. Before his time with the Colts Bill Polian built the Buffalo Bills. Jim Kelly, Thurman Thomas, Andre Reed, Bruce Smith, Steve Tasker, etc.
