President Donald Trump is expected to attend the National Championship between LSU and Clemson in New Orleans on January 13, according to Elizabeth Crisp with The Advocate.

This would be Trump's second LSU game this season as he attended the Tigers 46-41 win at Alabama on November 9.

WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump is expected to attend the College Football Playoff championship game in New Orleans Jan. 13, according to a source familiar with preparations underway but not authorized to discuss them publicly.

Trump's spokesman didn't immediately respond to a request for more details about the president's plans.

Considering the present situation with Iran, perhaps he shouldn’t go out in public.

He sure has gotten a lot done for having so much “free time.” He has been pretty involved during his Presidency.

The Ghost of Ronald Reagan couldn't have drug Rispone's lifeless carcass across the finish line. Don't blame President Trump for that.

Word is he's a Bama fan, but they've lost every game he's attended (except the comeback when he left at halftime). Hopefully, he's a Clemson fan on January 13th!
