LSU has hired former Tiger defensive lineman Bennie Logan as a defensive analyst, according to 104.5 ESPN's "Off the Bench."

The Coushatta, La native played at LSU from 2009-2012 under former head coach Les Miles and played in the NFL from 2013-2018 with the Eagles, Chiefs, and Titans.

I met him right after he signed out of high school, he was a nice kid. He grew into a man with leadership skills. I’m glad he is back with the team

This guy is sharp; good hire. i'm guessing an injury cut his nfl career short...maybe a complete article would have revealed such information

Even still, 5 years in the NFL is nothing to sneeze at

These former players making some good bank instead of having to find a real job once they retire. Lucky they get to come back and coach their former Alum and get paid while doing it.

If I remember correctly I saw a pic of him in High School and he was slender and looked more like a DE. He came to LSU and he made himself an NFL player by changing his body. Good for him. I bet it's fun to come home.

Always happy to welcome former Tigers home, but a little disappointed because I thought he was still in the league.
