LSU backup kicker Connor Culp has reportedly entered his name into the NCAA transfer portal, according to Brody Miller with The Athletic.

Culp, a junior from Phoenix, Arizona, was LSU's starting kicker during his redshirt freshman season in 2017 going 11-for-16 on field goals and 20-for-23 on extra points.

He served as a backup behind Cole Tracy in 2018 and Cade York this past season. He will have one year of eligibility left at his next school.

I wish him the best but I sure don't miss that year of horrible kicking in which he was a part. Cost us a few games. Probably didn't help that we leaned too heavily on them that year either.
