Amie Just with NOLA.com is reporting that LSU Football coach Ed Orgeron will receive a contract extension and that the details are being finalized.

It's not about who is gonna take him, its about what our competition is telling recruits about the LSU coach that doesn't have a contract in place long enough for you to complete your career under him. Contracts bring stability which makes recruiting that much easier.
