Of those 4 I have to go with Flynn to Byrd. Mainly because I was at that game and it was one of the most memorable games I’ve ever been to. I was deaf and hoarse for days after.

Where is “bring back the magic”

Indeed. I get the Earthquake and Barn Burning, but BBTM was at least ahead of the Cole Tracy kick and probably D.Byrd (although that last one was during a championship run).

This would be mine. 1995 win to get back into the polls. Back then it was a big deal to be ranked ahead of Notre Dame.

I'm partial to the '94, '04 and '06 games, but I don't see those in the poll.

12/1/01: In a game that was pushed back nearly three months in the aftermath of 9/11, the good guys beat the barns and win the West for the first time. Electric

2001 - beating them for LSU's first SEC West title in a game postponed to the last week of the season by 9/11; Saban opens the game with an onside kick after Auburn gets a penalty for stomping on the eye at midfield; the Auburn kicker getting pushed around by TGBFTL at halftime because he couldn't wait for them to get off the field before warming up

My favorite is 2001. The original date was rescheduled because of 9/11 to the last game of the season. The way the season played out, it became a winner take all SEC West championship game. The tension between the two programs at the time was probably at an all time high. Fake onside kick to start the game and LSU never looked back. GBFTL got in a fight with their kicker at half time. Student section rushed the field afterwards, and we were on our way to Atlanta to win the first SEC title since the 80's. An all-time classic, and one of the more important games in LSU's return to national prominence.

...I’d also consider the epic comeback in 2017.
