This is so misleading. Title suggest "The Favorite" as if from inside sources - not just inane betting lines.

I just get Belichick at UNC (or Mack Brown, for that matter), or Knight at Texas Tech vibes from this. I think Saban is smart enough not to soil his legacy by coaching until he's 80, like Bobby Bowden did.

I wouldn’t put any stock into this. The board and AD should have been actively looking before firing Brian Kelly

If Saban comes back, does he bring his bird legs daughter with him?

IF Saban were to come back to LSU ticket prices would be high as giraffe nuts.

It won't happen so I can't tell you how bad this would be. BIG difference between coordinator and head coach.

I think what brings the most meaning out of this is nobody knows anything yet.

There is ZERO chance that Saban un-retires. What does he need to prove? And does he need the money?

People with alot of money always want more money.

I work with a man who is 77. He has “retired” four times. He doesn’t need any money. Some people love to work. Actually, he just loves life and interacting with people. Loves to travel for business. He’s been that way his entire life.

It would be beyond Epic if this would come to fruition. But I don’t see anyway he would betray Crimson Tide at this point. He is retired.
