LSU wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. announced that he will forgo his senior season and enter the 2024 NFL Draft.

Thomas Jr. had 68 receptions for 1,177 yards and 17 touchdowns this past season.

He could have opted out of the ReliaQuest Bowl but chose to play in the game, catching eight passes for 98 yards and two touchdowns, including the go-ahead score to beat Wisconsin 35-31.

Thomas Jr. is projected to be a late first-round draft pick.

In this day and age when 5th and 6th round picks opt of bowl, we had 2 first rounders to play in theirs.

Malik obviously opted out of the second half and Kelly covered for him. BTJ did not opt out.

Nabors was leaving, known fact so he sat the 2nd half ... not sure on Thomas declaring so he continued to play?? Just guessing.
