No. 15 LSU (6-2, 4-1 SEC) will host No. 6 Alabama (7-1, 4-1 SEC) Saturday night in Tiger Stadium to battle it out for first-place in the SEC West. Kickoff is set for 6pm CT on ESPN.

The Crimson Tide are currently 13.0-point favorites over the Tigers with the over/under set at 58 points, according to ESPN/Ceasar.

Both teams are coming off their bye week after wins last week.

Current odds for LSU to win the NCAA championship are 300 to 1. Seems high. I know they are a long shot but I still put $100 down for a chance to win 30k.

As a Bama fan, I am not sure Bama is going to win by 12-13 pts. LSU seems to be playing better than first 1-2 games of the year and Bama's defense and secondary is shaky.

Vegas is smart but there are so many things an algorithm can't account for b/c of the random nature : turnovers, defensive points, blocked kicks, missed kicks. bad calls. crowd noise. etc.
Tigers could win a wild one Saturday night.

Outmanned more than likely but all games have to be won or lost on the field. Best of luck

It could very well go that way, but based on how LSU is trending and how Alabama has played this year, that seems kind of high.

Alabama is going to force Daniels to be a pocket passer. Saban has two weeks to drill his defense to not chase Daniels but keep him in front of them and not break their containment. He does this against every QB that plays like Daniels. Recievers will have to get open, the offensive line will have to protect, and Daniels will have to be accurate. Everytime Bama plays a QB like Daniels they force them to be one dimensional. My guess is Vegas doesn't think Daniels can overcome that and Bama will pull away. I hope not.

Then that should open the running game. We will have to be patient and take what they give us. When they come up to take that away, then pass over them

This is actually inaccurate as QB’s who could run have historically faired better than pocket passers vs Bama. Cam, The blonde bimbo, Manziel all got W’s.

I'm picking LSU. If Daniels continues his streak, he can give the Tide fits.
