Before the game, all three FOX analyst picked UCLA to win the game. Why was that?

2 did because they are on the "this is the year for Chip Kelly" bandwagon. The third said he has a kid and was sending them tuition $. At least he was honest, right?

D line didn’t shed their blocks Lbs were non-existent #25 whiffed twice - both big plays They ran it down our throats The O-line was manhandled (the biggest surprise of the game) Price missed the few holes the o line made Max Johnson had few designed roll outs I saw very few times where MJ has a designed run of any kind. I get that we are thin at QB, but that was a head scratcher Our punter had a good night (this is an indictment more than a +) LSU fans traveled well Drunk and obnoxious LSU fans suck

When LSU sold out to big pharma, that was the end. Forcing football fans to get an abortion based mystery injection to watch this brand of ugly football is a new low for the weird, snowflake campus in Baton Rouge. Will this incompetent LSU sports circus ask fans to get injections of LSD to mask their crazed decision making? Hey man this team is far out!

Harvey, you clearly don't know anything about...well, anything. No one is being forced to do anything, there is 0 evidence linking the vaccine to "abortions" and there is nothing mystery about the vaccine or what it does. We know how it works and what it does. Stop with your nonsense. Clyde, you sound like an idiot.

the LSU fanbase is apathetic and a lot don't give a frick anymore. They will be lucky to fill up half of stadium next week and the rest of the year. They did it to themselves though.

The only fans that will be admitted will be genetically modified with the creepy COVID "vaccine"....the (once) great State of Louisiana has been taken over by the Great Reset crowd courtesy of the DemoRat Governor JBE...I predict lots of empty seats and a tepid fan base

Louisiana and gulf coast kids in general have evacuated at least 5-6 times by time there 18 yrs old so that not issue. Issue to me is LBs and safety’s not having breakdowns and the entire back 7 on D need to tackle better

Thank God I’ve “decoupled” from the SJW cluster that LSU has become in all respects. From the way the school crapped on Troy Middleton’s legacy to siding with BLM whenever possible, today’s LSU is not the same school many of us attended. I hope the kids get good degrees and make positive contributions to the economies of Texas and Georgia.

"I hope the kids get good degrees and make positive contributions to the economies of Texas and Georgia." No doubt the STEM folks will. LOL.

It is only one game. UCLA has a good team and had a better game plan. They executed better. They won the game in practice, last week. We lost the game in practice, last week. Those kids had families affected by the storm. They were displaced. That weighs on their minds. But, somebody has to remind them to run through the brick wall for victory and winning is an attitude.

Is there any data that shows schools that are going woke are having bad showings on the field? I would be Tulane has more liberals running their program but they are not going down the toilet. This just sounds like another in the long list of excuses but people give it a pass because they agree with the politics of it. I don’t like it but it is just another excuse.

PekeofAnalytics, they're all going woke so there's no control group. If you want to try and defend a demographic quota system over a meritocratic one feel free to make your case.

Read better Aztiger. I didn’t defend going woke. I said it is a sad excuse and, as you admit, everyone is doing it so it should have no effect on LSU. All teams are dealing with it but you are on here whining about as though it is relevant to the team’s performance. UCLA is in woke central and bitch slapped LSU.

I’m not here to debate whether Myles or Max would’ve been better (and max definitely wasn’t the issue) but can we all agree that Myles wouldn’t ever throw a blind backward pass?

I swear I think Max knew what he was doing on backwards pass…he’s a stud. Result wasn’t his fault. Tough kid

Yep not the start they wanted. Same like last season. I think it was by same amount of points too. De javu so 6-6 this season since I saw exact same what happen last season opener. I like the way Tulane fought back almost won it and Moo state fought back and won it. Ah LSU not so much was never in it after 1st quarter, offense sucked so bad then defense followed up with their lead and committed and L for the team.

At this point I do not see Orgeron being able to put this debacle behind him. This is a defining moment of his LSU career. He needs to go.
