LSU Cornerback Laterrance Welch To Enter The Transfer Portal

LSU sophomore cornerback Laterrance Welch announced on Twitter Friday that he plans to enter the transfer portal.

Welch appeared in 13 games his freshman year and nine games this past season, mainly on special teams. He was the only returning scholarship cornerback from last year's team.

The transfer portal officially opens on Dec. 4.
