LSU easily could have been top 5 this year. Last second losses vs. Florida, Auburn, Wisconsin wins on a 53 yard fg... we had a great team

He sees LSU with a senior QB, Heisman caliber RB, and a Dave Aranda defense. Top 5 ranking isn't unrealistic.

One thing I can say about Kirk Herbstreit is that he has always shown LSU love seems like every year bc he knows the talent that LSU possesses.

They lose a ton. Will likely have a year like FSU this year at best. They will be back strong in 2018.

Deondre Fracois was in the injury tent so much because of our OL he had a picture of his mom hanging on the wall, and we just lost our starting LT to the NFL, #1 is silly to be honest.

I guess USC is returning their entire team next year. #2 on everyone's list. Agree on curse of Herbstreet. And Corso for that matter. Wish ESPN could get Fowler back and shitcan Reece Davis. He is Alabama bread and shows clear bias towards them, while arguing with his analysts when they give their opinions. Davis thinks he's the expert and we tune in to listen to him. Not! If Fowler won't return, let Bear anchor the show. Davis is an arrogant Alabama ass!

No Ohio State in Herbie's top 5? He's gotta be trolling. Especially since OSU should be very worthy of top 5 next season.

So that'd put #1 vs. #2 in week 1 of the season. Wow.
