Surprised kendal briles is not on that list. Should at least give the guy an interview see what his visions are. He is a bright minded guy on the rise and has been an offensive coordinator at multiple locations. His father was a head coach so I believe it's in him to be a successful head coach as well. Billy Napier and L fickell are two bright minded people as well with head coach experience and are doing well at their current post

I sure hope it's Lane Kiffin...Supersmart, best play-caller in football...Not such a nice guy, but Leo Durocher said, "nice guys finish last." i.e. (Cholly Mac, Les Miles, and Coach O)...Saban ain't a nice guy and he wins....You might not like Lane Kiffin, but he will win here. Sure hope he gets the job...

The coach is not on that list…..it is never what you know…..it is always what you don’t know.

I agree. The next LSU HC is not on this list.

I’ll place $100 on Gruden at those odds. I seriously doubt it happens, I can buy 3 steaks for $100 or place that bet…. FJB!! A few months from now, people will be focused on a different issue. It could happen.

Ignore that list. When they announced that Coach Mulkey was headed to Baton Rogue it was a HUGE hire, and frankly one I never believed they would pull off. So what makes me hesitant to think Woodward wouldn’t do the same thing for the football team. I think Riley, Day, Dabo all get calls this week. And I wouldn’t be shocked if we drag on until after the season and they make another HUGE announcement.

If it’s Kiffen I’m done. Don’t want him anywhere around the program.

Napier from UL has a great pedigree. I’m so glad LSU pulled the trigger now. Maybe Coach O can suit up his girlfriends for the rest of the year.

Why is Jimbo on the list. In the same conference with similar talent, but not as good a record as O

Why is Dabo Swinney not on that list...Oh, he's in waiting for the Alabama job when Sir Saban retires. A walk on wide receiver who caught 6 passes in his collegiate career...is going to be famous when he returns to Bama.

Gruden would be historic. Non football fans would be "upset" for like 3 weeks due to the emails and then life would move on. LSU wins 3 nattys in 10 years

No, he wouldn't. Lane seems to always be looking to move and for some reason, I don't think he'll stay anywhere long term.

What has Lane done at any of his head coaching jobs that tells you he could bring a championship here. It’s such a weird obsession that some fans have with Lane.

People would be salty about it at first but then once LSU would continue to win championships like Saban did at Alabama, all sins would be forgiven. All people typically care about is winning. Hell, Kiffin left Tennessee and USC in shambles, had a handler at Alabama, bagged Saban's duaghter, and can't keep himself from saying stupid comments; and people at Ole Miss still love him.
