Selfishly, I'd like to see a Cotton Bowl matchup. However, I don't want to see a loss for that to happen.

Huh? A loss from who? LSU would need to win their last 2 games convincingly and hope that Auburn gets blown out by Bama for us to have any chance at getting into the Cotton Bowl.
