During his post-practice press conference on Saturday, head coach Brian Kelly revealed that freshman early-enrollee Will Campbell has worked himself into the first-team left tackle position.

Kelly said Cam Wire and Marcus Dumervil and competing at right tackle and Garrett Dellinger can slide to the guard position when he's healthy.

Nothing like having oline being a strong point. Covers up a whole lot of flaws

Kid graduated with my nephew, both on the o line. Nephew says he's never seen Will stood up on a block. My nephew is a big kid who started junior and senior year and Will would smoke him in the weight room, Will is going to be special.

Kind of hard to think a freshman can start on the SEC O-line but he’ll get his war paint stripes for sure. This is a key spot for Tiger Offense. Geaux

I've been noticing #66 in the practice clips. The kid is a baller, strong, and aggressive.

You need to tell Brian Kelly that, because he said LEFT tackle in his press conference.

I am shocked that dellinger isn’t in competition for the RT spot I thought he was killer as a freshman last year any time he was in and was going to be a starter this year at LT or RT

Dellinger is still not healthy enough to practice.

Reminds me of another great Tiger from the Monroe area, that just went out a Super Bowl champ!! I remember big Whit from decades ago!!! If he is even half of what Whit was then we are the better for it!!!
