He is the epitome of 4everLSU. I was blessed to know Slinger back in our college days together. Quick story about Steve. Back in those days, we held the traditional Charity Bowl where KA and another Frat who waited the most $ for charity played against one another under the lights in Tiger Stadium Kate Feb. Graduating SR’s from the football team coached us up for 6-7 weeks with daily practices. Steve was our head coach. It was an awesome once in a lifetime experience I’ll forever cherish.

I'm glad he took an analyst job because without Coach E. we lose any connection Joe Brady offensive concepts.

I understand the change, but Steve is as LSU as they come. Great man. Great Tiger.

He needs to have some thing named after him. A facility, even just a bench. Nothing but respect for that man.

Well deserved farewell of sorts. Glad he’s getting his due and still around football if that’s his choice.
