The Florida Gators arrived at SEC Media Days on Tuesday afternoon and to no surprise were asked many questions about their heated rivalry with LSU.

Florida offensive lineman Martez Ivey chose not to downplay it, saying that LSU is now the Gators biggest rival, not Florida State.

And all the while Bama holds on tho that juggernaut Kentucky rivalry!

This is a sign of a coach who is focused on the wrong things. Old yellow teeth is setting himself up for ridicule and embarassment for no reason. Also, any of chance LSU not being ready to play this game is now gone. Typical Florida.

These clowns act like we don't have hurricanes over here. We do. The difference is we know you have to schedule a game at least a week before it hits or cancel it. You can't wait until the last minute like Florida did last year. And now they are upset with us because of their own incompetence? Well, poor little Gators!

This post shows how stupid you really are

it really boggles the mind how florida football tries to play the victim here when EVERYONE knew if the game wasn't moved it wasn't going to be played at UF with emergency workers being tied up elsewhere helping people. but NO, florida admin wanted to be stubborn and dumb arse sankey let them. and LSU gets the blame for the disaster when LSU knew fully well that the game would not be played in gainesville the original weekend.

As much as I feel delighted that this young man respects LSU....he better use that thing on his shoulders for something other than holding his helmet. Beating LSU won't get you into the SEC 'ship. You gotta beat UGA and UT too...but losing to LSU could keep you out. It's not a one team rivalry anymore. You can't afford that in the SEC.

I hate when these bum arse teams try 2 create a rivalry with LSU. You're not our rivalry!! Sorry.

I guess they've given up on ever beating FSU

just like our arkansas "rivalry" we have to acknowledge it and care about more than just beating you for that to be true.

How long is UF gonna flip the narrative and act like they were victimized? No one claimed the UF players or coaches were afraid to play last year's game. But their admins and fans definitely didn't want the game played that weekend. They got their wish...the team got healthier...and they lucked out big time winning a game they were thoroughly outplayed in. Rivalry denied Gators.

Hmmm.. they just another SEC team to beat for us.

LOL at them hating us more than Florida State. What a bunch of pussies.

LSU doesn't really have a true rival in my opinion. I think one is coming in A&M whenever they beat us for the first time 20 years down the road. LSU - Alabama: We hate them, but they hate Auburn more LSU - Florida: We hate them, but they hate Georgia and FSU more LSU - Ole Miss: We hate them, but they hate Mississippi State more LSU - Arkansas: They hate us, but we hate everyone else more LSU - A&M: They hate us, but we hate everyone else more LSU - Tulane: Ha LSU - ULL: Ha

Well. I guess in the SEC, sure. I'm positive that for the fans in the state of Florida it's still FSU though.
