During Saturdays 34-29 victory over LSU, Mississippi State center Dillon Day clearly stepped on two LSU players on separate plays. ESPN caught it both times and showed the replays on TV:

Les Miles spoke about the incident on Monday and said that he sent the tape into the SEC for them to address:

He knew he messed up and what he did was done on purpose. Come on, even the commentators had fun with it in a very sacrastic manner. But the SEC Office will give him a pass. Over the years, nothing in Birmingham, AL (SEC Office) favors LSU, especially scheduling.

Dude was mad he was a 2 star prospect out of high school who got no love from LSU and so he took it out on the players who were and are good enough to play for LSU. I don't believe a word of that "explanation."

And I love that he wrote it to the Mississippi State fans. They don't give a damn. They won. He should have wrote it to the LSU fans and, most importantly, the 2 guys he purposefully injured. What a damn clown.

For the record, he has good voice in his writing.

"the defender rolled where I was coming down at."

Nice use of the language! They couldn't even have a tutor edit the liar's story?

No mention in his letter about the blatant cheap shot he took and he was actually flagged for.

Just the fact that he's even writing this letter screams guilty. I hope NCAA or SEC comes down extra hard on this Jack.

Never have I Seen this in football before

Certainly not twice in the same game

His past shows he didn't learn from his mistakes

Should never be allowed to play in the sec again

He needs to be kicked off the team and the Sec. There is no room for this type of behavior and lack of character..........

Twice in one game? Yeah, no Dillon. Not buying the load you're selling. Go back to work on that sales pitch. It's just bad delivery, and this isn't your first time being called out for this. You have a track record. You're a well documented stomper. A cheap shot garbage player.

Football is a hard hitting sport but there is no room for this type of targeting, violence or intention to cause injury upon an opposing team member that was witnessed during the LSU vs. Mississippi State Game. The last few weeks of controversy with the NFL should send a clear message to the NCAA, the SEC and Mississippi State that there is no room for this type of conduct on or off the field and MR. DAY SHOULD BE PERMANENTLY BANNED FROM COLLEGE SPORTS.
